To submit an appraisal request select either Residential or Commercial above.
The selection of Residential will take you to an interactive order form. Once the form is completed you will be able to print out the form for your records. If you enter an email address into the Requestor tab, an email confirmation will be sent to that address.
The Commercial selection will present an Adobe Acrobat/Reader fill-able form. When either orders are completed, they will go directly to our orders department for immediate processing.
Please click on the icon below to install the newest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
We recommend that you save our fill-able forms to your computer desktop for future orders or appraisal quotes. Many of our clients have found this to be extremely helpful in reducing the amount of steps it takes to submit an order. In the past, Great Lakes Appraisal Company has worked with clients to build company specific Adobe Acrobat/Reader fill-able order forms tailored for our customers needs.
