Company History

Great Lakes Appraisal Company was originally founded in 1984, and has gradually become the largest and most trusted commercial and residential appraisal company in Western Michigan serving our clients with office in Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Holland, Canadian Lakes, and Kalamazoo.

Various clients served on a daily basis include: banks, credit unions,
government agencies, attorneys, accountants, realtors, builders, developers, engineering firms, relocation companies, insurance companies, and more.
